Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enverse platform at enverse.ai (the "Service"), operated by VISIONSPACE ("Enverse", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Enverse is an AI-assisted design workspace that lets you create, edit, and organize visual content such as interior-design imagery and video, and optionally share that content to third-party platforms you connect (for example TikTok or X).

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the images, video, and other material you upload or generate with the Service ("Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload and for how you use generated output.

4. Connected platforms

If you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok or X), you authorize Enverse to publish Content to that account only when you explicitly request it. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, and you may disconnect a platform at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful; to violate the policies of connected platforms; or to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Payment

Certain features consume paid credits or require a subscription. Prices are shown in the product before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; review it before relying on it or publishing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 3, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in the product, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
